Congrats to TAPS Professor Jennifer DeVere Brody, who is the inaugural recipient of the Virginia Howard Fellowship from the Bogliasco Foundation. This prestigious Special Fellowship will allow Jennifer to undertake a residency in Italy during Spring 2023.
Congrats to TAPS Grad Student Sariel Golomb on winning a 2022 Dance Studies Association Selma Jeanne Cohen Award! She is being recognized for her paper, “'Channels to the Humane': Dancing the Body of Bare Life in Crystal Pite’s Flight Pattern.”

The Committee on Black Performing Arts (CBPA) was created in 1969 by students as a cultural resource at Stanford hosting master classes and workshops, performing staged productions, and publishing the Black Arts Quarterly, a literary and arts journal. #BlackHistoryMonth
