TAPS Junior Paloma Aisenberg presents her TAPS Capstone, Jason Robert Brown’s The Last Five Years, which tracks the relationship between Jamie Wellerstein a young writer, and Cathy Hiatt, a struggling actress, as they fall in and out of love over the course of five years. The story is told in a non-linear fashion — Cathy’s story is told backwards, while Jamie’s story moves forward in chronological fashion.
